Who this page is for

  • Condo and HOA associations with rooftop common arrays
  • Property managers and management companies
  • Schools and houses of worship
  • Warehouses, offices, and light industrial roofs
  • Car dealerships and carport arrays

Beachfront condo towers

The towers along Galt Ocean Mile, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Hillsboro Beach, and east Boca Raton are association-managed, and their rooftop arrays sit in the worst salt exposure in the county. If you manage one of those buildings, this is the page you want: we clean common arrays on a schedule, provide the paperwork your board needs, and photograph the roof every visit. We do not service individual units in a tower; the association owns the roof and the array.

Certificate of insurance and vendor registration

Before the first visit you get a certificate of insurance naming your association or company as certificate holder. If your management company requires vendor registration, a W-9, or a signed access agreement, we complete it up front so nothing holds up the schedule. For gated properties we register with the gate ahead of each visit.

How a commercial job goes

1

Site review

We walk the array with you or your manager, note panel count, roof access, and water supply, and send a written quote and COI.

2

Scheduled cleaning

We clean the full array with deionized water and soft brushes in a scheduled window, working around building operations and residents.

3

Documentation

Every visit closes with before and after photos and a condition note for your association or asset records.

Storm-season service

From June through November we schedule maintenance windows around the forecast, and after a named storm we come out for a post-storm visual inspection: photos of every panel, removal of debris on and under the array, and a written note on anything shifted, cracked, or displaced for your insurer or your solar contractor. A visual check is what we do; we do not test the system or open anything.

Recurring cleaning contracts

Quarterly or twice-yearly contracts put the visits on the calendar, lock the rate, and include photo documentation each time so the board or the asset manager has a dated record of the array's condition. Twice a year (May and November) fits most inland roofs. Beachfront and Intracoastal buildings should plan on quarterly because of salt film.

Commercial cleaning FAQ

Do you clean rooftop arrays for condo associations?

Yes. Association-managed common arrays on beachfront and inland condo buildings are a core part of what we do. We work with the property manager, provide a certificate of insurance, and schedule around residents.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We send a COI naming your association or company before the first visit and register as a vendor with your management company if they require it.

Do you offer recurring commercial cleaning?

Yes. Quarterly and twice-yearly contracts include scheduled visits, photo documentation each time, and a post-storm visual inspection window during hurricane season.

Will cleaning disrupt the building?

Rarely. Rooftop work happens above operations. We can schedule early mornings, weekends, or off-hours for carports and ground-level arrays near active areas.

Manage a Building With Solar?
